"Shiloh" Wheeler

"A real scrawny type- you could rightly think a stiff breeze might blow him over. He's one of them purty boys too. A real weedy sort. The last time I seen legs that long they belonged to a dancin' girl back in San Antonio. 'Cept he moves more like one of them baby deers than a Dear."

Though a man by the standards of the day, Shiloh is among the youngest of Brennan's Troubleshooters- and it shows. He is thin and weedy of build, and its impossible not to ascribe some level of androgynous beauty to him. He's not handsome, he's not cute. He's just "pretty." His body language suggests he's the clever sort, maybe the type you don't want to let shuffle the cards unless you're in good with him. He has a friendly sort of magnetism and yet behind those dark eyes, he has clearly seen- or perhaps done?- terrible things.

Childhood (of the Raven)

Cyril Wheeler is a rural boy born in the unincorporated farms and woodlands of Hardin County in southwest Tennessee- a spot about as far from urban civilization as one could get. Born in the Spring of '56, his first year saw the worst economic crisis in the country for decades- and it was devastating for the South and Border States.

Unknown to the boy that would grow up to be Shiloh, his mother gave birth to him in a cart after coming back from town for flour and sundries. A raven watched the whole event and some say, children born under the gaze of a raven are born a bit... different. Darker. Cyril is a "child of the raven" (though he doesn't know that to be the source).
